Palazzo Field

Palazzo Field is where you will find the varsity soccer and lacrosse boys practicing when not on the outdoor turf. This field borders the lake, which on occasion claims a soccer or lacrosse ball or two. Its east side embankment provides natural bleachers for viewing practices and the occasional game while taking in the picturesque views of the lake and mountains.

Formally known as “Lakeside Field,” Palazzo Field was dedicated in 2001 to Thomas “Tommy” A. Palazzo, ‘75, who tragically lost his life in the September 11 attack on the World Trade Center. Tommy is remembered for always being in the game, playing hard, and laughing often. Close friends always surrounded him. His love of his alma mater matched the pride in which he wore Brewster’s uniform.
