Fitness is a program that is offered in the fall, winter, and spring terms for upperclass level students. The class focuses on overall physical fitness and conditioning. Students can take this class 3 days/week or six days/week (need permission of the athletic department). The course is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of stretching, weight lifting, and basic aerobic exercise. Students are required to complete a warm-up and exercise program (including an aerobic activity on a treadmill, stationary bicycle, stepper machine, or ergometer) and a cool down.
