The Brewster Academy Girls Varsity Basketball Team staged an impressive comeback to defeat Proctor Academy, 63–57. After trailing 42–24 at halftime and facing an 18-point deficit, the Bobcats turned the momentum in the second half with a dominant performance on both ends of the floor.
The comeback was sparked by Klava Worthen, who knocked down four three-pointers in the second half and finished with a team-high 20 points. Lindsay Goetz was also instrumental in the rally, pouring in 22 points to help fuel Brewster's offensive surge.
Additional scoring support came from Maizy Desrochers, who added 7 points, and Hailey Iwanski, who contributed 9 points. Brewster's strong second-half execution and resilience sealed the victory, highlighting the team's ability to respond under pressure and close out a hard-fought win.
