The prep basketball team improved to 16-18 on the season with a 68-60 victory over visiting Newman Prep AA.  Brewster was led by postgraduate wing Elijah Flowers with 13 points, while senior guard Luke Johnson added 12 points.  Senior guard Charlie Pugh and junior forwards Benton Welker and Sean Taylor played strong all-around games for the Bobcats.
