Brewster Academy Athletics

David Hersey joined Brewster in the Fall of 2015. David has been a teacher of Mathematics at the 10th grade level for the past 6 years and has now transitioned to Admissions in the Fall of 2021. In David’s time at Brewster he has taught Geometry and Algebra 2 while coaching numerous sports on campus. His main focus is Basketball and Baseball.

David Graduated and played College Baseball at Lesley University in Cambridge Massachusetts. There he earned a degree in Secondary Education and Math. Prior to that David grew up here in beautiful Wolfeboro, NH and attended Kingswood High School which is up the street from Brewster. 

David is now the Head Varsity Basketball Coach and lives in Haines House as a dorm parent of Sophomore Boys. He has a Black Lab named Kona.
