Bryce Richmond

Bryce Richmond serves as the associate head coach and recruiting coordinator for the Boys’ Varsity Lacrosse team at Brewster Academy. A passionate and experienced coach, Richmond plays a key role in player development and fostering a competitive team culture. In addition to his lacrosse coaching duties, he runs advanced strength and conditioning programs for Brewster athletes during the winter.

A Maine native, Richmond grew up skiing at Sunday River when not working on his family’s farm. He attended Hebron Academy, where he was a multi-sport athlete in lacrosse, football, and ice hockey. He went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in General Management from Elmira College. As a two-year captain and standout defenseman for the Soaring Eagles lacrosse team, he was recognized with the Empire 8 Conference Sportsman of the Year award in 2016.

Before joining Brewster, Richmond led the Boys’ Varsity Lacrosse program at Tilton School from 2019 to 2022, while also serving in admissions and college counseling roles. Prior to Tilton, he was the assistant coach and defensive coordinator at Elmira College, his alma mater.

Outside of Brewster, Coach Richmond has worked with several regional and national lacrosse club programs, coaching various skill levels and positions while emphasizing both on-field skills and personal growth. His dedication to building well-rounded student-athletes is evident in his approach to coaching and mentoring.

When he’s not coaching or working in Brewster’s Admissions Office, Richmond enjoys an active lifestyle in the mountains and lakes of New England. He resides on campus with his dog, Brodie.
