Jamie Smith, from Stamford, Connecticut, is a graduate of the Berkshire School in Sheffield, Massachusetts. She came to Brewster after two years as the student activities coordinator, an athletics assistant, and assistant girls’ hockey and softball coach at Kimball Union Academy.

While at Union College, Jamie was a four-year member of the Division 1 women’s ice hockey team where she was a forward. Prior to Union, she played hockey for the Mid Fairfield Connecticut Stars and Berkshire School. At Berkshire, she was a varsity athlete playing four sports – soccer, field hockey, ice hockey, and softball.
Smith has participated in youth hockey development as a counselor or coach for organizations including Elite Camp, Chelsea Piers Connecticut, National Hockey Training Camp, Princeton Girls Hockey Camp, Rinksport, and Southern Connecticut Storm Special Hockey, Inc.
